Moye Balance Explained
Moye Balance works just like your prepaid phone balance. It exists to keep us stay afloat while providing you with the best service available. Your Moye Balance do not have an expiration time, and you can spend them on any of the services we offer including management fees.
Leasing
We are dedicated to finding you the most suitable tenants at a minimum vacancy rate. Our leasing fee is capped at 1.5 weeks, re-leasing fee at 1 week rent.
Marketing
We provides a range of marketing services, including professional photograph, advertising, copywriting, mailing, 3D virtual tour, furnishing, renovation and more.
Sales
Our team of result-driven sales are always ready to help you obtain the best result, auction or private. Sales commission for apartment is capped at 2.2%, house at 1.65%.
